How come on some pictures the wilwood logo is on the brakes and on some it isnt? Did you paint the brakes to?

Actually, that has been like that since day one...i got all the new "style" of logo on my brakes but for some reason my left rear has the older logo. Same brake caliper, thicker "Wilwood" logo. Wilwood actually sent me a new caliper to replace it and i have not gotten to it yet. You are the first person to notice it LOL :D Ill probably switch it out this spring.

I know it ur car and u do thinks on ur way, but didnt u think about painting all wheels ?

i did, i painted all 4

obviously you painted all four but, I was thinking about entire rim lol.. not just the "arms" or whatever you call it :P

nahhh didn't wanna go that route with these. Besides, with Plastidip, if i WANT TO, i can always do it later and blend right in with the inserts. Thats something i will think about later. I plan on putting new AZA 3 Piece 26's on it soon but for $7,000- $8,000, i can supercharge it or take the 5.3 out and drop in a 6.0. So its hard to justify new wheels when these ones are still perfect, and i have 5.

Eventually - but for now, they got a new look. :)

I sprayed plasti-dip on my friends wheels and it has been two years without any signs of wear, even through Iowa winters. This stuff is fun to use on a lot of things and can turn out great with little effort! Nice job too Steve.

i love the look of the grill, not so much the wheels. normally i love red and black together, the tahoe looks beast either way though. good work.

i wonder if regular paint 'sticks' to plastidip ...?

u could paint on top of plastidip , and still peel it off whenver u want

Tried it, no it doesn't lol. I should add that to my plastidip thread. The regular car paint doesn't adhere properly to the top lay of plastidip, and it ends up bubbling and will pretty much just slide off.
