Unless I can find a killer deal on some upper tier subs pronto then I might bail on the 3k. I do love it but not enough to not put it to its full potential for awhile. I wanted to be able to go balls to the wall full tilt and not worry about smelling coil while giving demos. Well in order to go balls to the wall on the 2200 I was getting into clipping. Not an issue anymore. I had to put the amps down there on the beauty panel because I think the box is on its last legs. Fuckers were having a seizure ontop the box. Now they are pretty happy, about what it was when the box was fresh. I'm not happy with how the wires are laid out but I think I'm going to make a beauty panel at some point in time if the box lasts. Sure the amp may put out 4200w @ 1 ohm 14.4v/ 3500w 12.6v, but I don't need that. I figured I'd tune to 2000w ish after rise and that'd be good. Size comparison. Compared to the 2200? I drop .3v more while playing the same songs, note transitions are more abrupt and accurate. Just as loud, if not louder than when the 2200 was into clipping. The panda is a great sounding amp. The cc.1 doesn't play nicely with it, so I'll have to do the crossovers through the HU.
