Ok quick question guys

I have 1 Atomic APX 18 D2, Atomics enclosure calculator says to use 6 cft net enclosure with 40 sq inch port 10 inches long, I built this enclosure and is stupid loud!!!! Now my question is this what size round port can i use, and how long to be around the same as the square port? thank you all in advance.

Do the math! What is the volume of your port now? Find that and then make a cylinder of equal volume.

actually, There is no problem, I built the enclosure with just a bunch of thrown together stuff, and now im building it right.....

Then just build it the same with different materials for simplicity aero Ports always frustrate me anyway

I would like to use aeros for simplicity, would i be ok with one 6 inch aero?

Simple math bro. You need 40 square inches or port 10 inches deep.

Area of a circle = pi * radius^2

so 40 = 3.14 * r^2

radius = 3.57 inches

So you are going to want a 7 inch diameter circular port. A 6 inch will be tuned way lower with out enough port area.

It's not enough. You could try with two, but three would be more like it.

Edit: The port area he has now seems wayyy low.
