OG BudBone
Now I know there's only one sure fire way to answer this and that's to test it, but thats a lot of work and money lol. What are the typical gains and losses going from a C-pillar to a B-pillar or vice versa in an suv? Is it really worth it for a daily vehicle? I want to build a wall but I'm not set on which pillar. 1997 Trans Am WS6 Pioneer DEH-P5200HD 2 DC Level 4 M2 12s 4 cubes tuned to about 34hz DC 3.5k 1/0 Welding Supply Ultra Flex Stock 140A alt Stinger Fuses & Fuse Holders XS Power D5100 XS Power XP3000
Kevin M
One of the benefits is less area to pressurize and you can possibly use more subs. The flipside to that of course is the added cost and weight. What are you looking to achieve? Do you have a setup in mind already? A c pillar wall allows you to have room to transport people or stuff if you need to. Either way a wall in a daily driver is a big step. 2005 Ford Focus zx4 AMT's and Planars 18" Infinite baffle
SVB847
I love my C Pillar, it still gives me 3 more seats to have passengers with me.. plus still has the wow factor of a wall.. As mentioned above either way it is a big step and lots of work. AMI CUSTOMS
Do c pillar, the gain you would see from b to c would be small on that setup.
