Is that some of the leftover RF 2/0 on the amp's power/ground?

It does look huge to be 0 gauge.

Time for some fiberglass. I wish i could hook up wires right now and listen to the system, but i know me, and i won't rest until this thing looks good too. So here we go.

This is the reason i almost never throw any scraps away. Gotta be a real worthless piece of scrap to ever make it to the trash at my shop :D

cutting some 3/16" strips for "framing" around the window and trunk hinges.

A little Kerf Cut to get it to bend over the radius just right. I got it wet too so it was not as brittle.

the NEWEST SMD product about to be released. SMD SunFlash. Its UV acitvated. No catalyst required. You work right out of the jug. One brush, one cup, all day every day. No waste. Take your time....and when ready, bring it out to the sun and it sets up in about 1 minute, 2 tops. Its so easy, it makes it FUN to fiberglass! I am getting my packaging, labeling and all the fine details hammered out but yes, i will have my OWN RESIN soon! Watch out for it!

really intrigued about the resin, and looking good again bro. Sure is fun working with your kids isn't it? I love hanging with my boys in the garage.

the resin is NO JOKE! Put it this way, tomorrow, when i clock in, i will take the piece of cardboard i placed over my cup, off the cup, and go right back to work. As long as that cup (and brush) don't get hit with sunlight, they will stay wet forever. The second my project hits the sun, it locks up. This shit is amazing.

I will be selling it by the Quart, Gallon, and 5 gallon soon. It is a little more expensive then your standard high quality resin, but it is worth it as far as no waste, no wasted cups, no wasted brushes, very little prep, no catalyst.....matter of fact, pour it in the cup and go right to work lol....no mixing, nothing just go to town.

The 1qt. cans of it will be easy to ship with no special hazmat requirments so they will be cheap. I will hook people up with free samples so you can see just how awesome it is. Put it this way, i have a brand new 5 gallon drum of regular resin and i haven't used it at all. I did the entire Lexus with the new "Sunflash" and i don't ever want to go back to the other stuff again :D The pictures you see above is little and no effort compared to the old way. I didn't even break a sweat. Usually, you are working so fast because it's about to cure any minute, you are sweating bullets. I do. DID i should say.

you can get a UV light as well for times when there is no sun but you need to work anyway. Or use the SunFlash on nice sunny days and the other crap on cloudy days.

Within 2 weeks i will have it ready for sale. :)

back on topic.

Just one more quick question on the resin then I'll zip it, is there a heat requirement? I understand the sun is needed but does it need to maintain a certain temp to cure as well?
