meade916
Coming along nicely sir. I love the fact you say you are not on pro level. Yet the work you do says otherwise man. I still get amazed how you can build freestyle,if you will. Yet it comes out like it was drafted and designed out on blueprints. You big Showoff lol. I've got a great pointer or advise for ya . Git r dun then bring one of those beauties down to Texas so I can drool in person lol. Have a good day bro and the work is top notch again. What's the differance from Bondo kitty hair and that Rage stuff you use? I appologize if this has been asked before and don't kill me for not know the diff lol. thanks man! and no bro i am NOT on the "pro" level. Compared to the next guy working out of his garage, maybe (not all).....but pro, not quite. I can name off some names that BIRD SHIT on a brotha, and those guys are real pro's. Thanks though man!!! the "kitty hair" (the brand i use is Dynaglass) is just body filler with short strands of fiberglass in it. You can get it with longer strands too but its harder to work with. The Rage Extreme is just a high quality body filler with no glass in it. Like Bondo, but much higher quality, easier to sand and pin-hole free. bassfreake
naww man, i think i will make the trunk look REAL nice and then leave the foam where you can see it. That was the plan, until i saw your post. LOL Not painting it black i have other plans, but thanks for the advice. Before you give me any more advice on what i need to do, can ya let me finish first though? thanks! I'm trying to save you some back tracking nobody wants to get done and find out "oh dang I should have done that when I had the chance". But go nuts and I'm excited to see what you do! Good luck this is Steve Meade... he doesn't forget stuff and have to backtrack he just waves his magic wand and everything starts to fall into place lol 1 Quote Thanks I was pretty excited about the alt myself. kind of like a school girl, in a dress, on a swing. lol It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out. Purplehaze
Man, I went thru all 47 pages of the previous build log earlier today, and I gotta say, I don't feel near as bad now for taking so long with mine! Although you were bustin out a lot of work in between...If anyone has not read it, or just don't remember like me, then you should really go back and check it out. This car has came a long way from the day you got it back from the theft. Very cool build! And I like how your son was helping work on it all the way back in 2006, that makes it even more cool! Wish I could get my son into this hobby... 1 Quote Kickin' Cruiser Seller Feedback Stage 3 Dash, Door Panels,4th Order wall 4 - 15'son a DC 5.0K 2 DC 5.0K'sSolo X 15 (v.2) Sub Build
