SnowDrifter
Going to be making some tweeter pods. Since they are just for tweeters, strength isn't a huge issue. But is one or the other easier to work with in small, curved spaces? CleanSierra
90 degrees can be a pain with woven. Some light chop mat would do the trick for something small like 1.5 oz mat Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
will77530
i prefer working with woven but either will work
Crandis16
do random woven mat... with my experience you have to cut the cross woven which is a bitch, a lot easier to rip off a piece here and their from random woven. I only did one layer too. seems to do just fine Edit: tweeter pods are nice and easy and fast, good luck!!! Kevin M
I like using both but for small projects the matte works best. Shred it into little squares and add it slowly. Works if you have overhead/vertical projects to do too. 2005 Ford Focus zx4 AMT's and Planars 18" Infinite baffle
