Ok thanks. :-) cuz this chip and board will let me play with each core seperate if I wanted. I'm not getting that far tho. Just a nice little daily oc to boost everything. What are the things I would adjust and how much? Ill search more but just wanted a general idea.

I like how this 500$ build turned into 1000 in like a day. hahaha

I think this happens to almost everyone on a flexible budget. It killed me when I built my machine.

"Ooh, $10 more here for faster RAM. $20 here for a bigger drive. I can get a better cooler for just $15? Awesome, let's do it. Full tower case for just $30 more? Done. Motherboard with an extra pair of USB ports? Totally worth the $20."

Sooner or later you're wondering why your cart is $300 more than your initial budget.

funny you say that when i rebult my desktop i used the same case and dvd drive to save some $ i had anywhere between $800 and $1000 so it end up being $960 before shipping and rebates then my graphics card end up not liking my 8 years old samsung tv/moniter that only had 800 by 600 resolution so i end up having to spend $200 on a new monitor
