KiKaZz74
Ok so we need a new computer for home. Current one is from 2003-__- Needs to be able to handle engineering and rendering and maybe some medium weight gaming. Stores comps just don't offer what I'd like to have. Looking for: Intel Nvidia 12+gb ram Decend gpu for card based rendering. 1tb+ storage This seemed good to me. Its a combo so it was cheap. If someone can post up cheaper but same or better performance do. Post pics tho because I'm mobile so I'd like to use the app My SPL to SQ Build Log Vehicle:1997 Dodge Dakota Ext Cab 4x4 2009 Dodge Journey SXT5.2L V8 Magnum 3.5L V6 Stock AltEquipment: Headunit- Alpine CDE-147BT Mids/Highs Amp- JL Audio G6600 Class AB 6 Channel Sub Amp- Hifonics BRZ1700.1D @ 2 Ohms Taramps DSP3000.1D Sub- Hertz Hi Energy 12" HX300D SounDrive SDA3 12 Tweeters- Rockford Fosgate Power Series Silk Domes Hertz Hi-Energy Mids- Dayton Audio Reference 4" Full Range Drivers Midbass- Silver Flute 6.5" Hertz Hi-Energy 6.5" Processor- MiniDSP 2x4 RCA- 6 channels of SounDrive HF series Wire- EB Flex 2/0 -Member of Team SounDrive
Krakin
Everything looks great. I don't know anything about that power supply. Plus it says "No Power Cord" on it. beaker
please do not skimp on the power supply. Its the one thing in the computer if it sucks, it will take everything out with it. I would try for a bit better video card that is at least 256 bit. MOAR RAM.
Krakin
Is RAM all that important past 12GB as of right when he gets his computer? Also is that $99 for 4GB stick of 1333? Edit: just saw the (2) units. Still not a good buy in my opinion for that. Krakin
I'm putting together some good stuff on newegg real quick. It may or may not go over a bit. But if it does I'm sure you can find the same parts for less on other sites like amazon to balance it out.
