I researched the hell out of it, got sick of buying parrot bulbs that are nothing more then repackaged reptile bulbs from what I could figure out. haha but yea, normal fluorescent bulbs are a no go like the one guy said about his shop light, unless they are indeed a reptile bulb. Black light bulbs would be your best bet, unless you had a mercury uva/uvb bulb being another great option, but those are PRICEY! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
