And I know for a fact that their main focus is to make their customer happy and deliver fast service! I think they could make the functionality of the website a little better, But as for customer service and resolving an issue, they couldnt get much better! Quote NVX!!! Skullz Posted March 31, 2013 Report Share Posted March 31, 2013 (edited) Any issue i have ever had with sonic has ALWAYS been taken care of with the most professionalism by any company i have had to deal with, if they were out of something and said it would not be in stock then i would take the word of the person and not the sites possibly slow update of product. There is no need to bash on a company without any kind of proof they did something wrong or even shady, so if you have a problem then make a well written and thought out post on what happened and if there are any measures that need to be taken to solve or correct an issue that has arisen, as most times it is something simple and we as humans are fallible and do make mistakes but when you go about in a positive and constructive manner it can make things go much smoother for all.
