nice, got 2 sd-2 10d4 these things go hard, hit the lows real nice better than those cvt12's I had.

correct me if im wrong but its the way a sub is designed... coil is like 90-100% in the motor gap

thats what i read anyways

i think their a better design for low end frequencies

(take all stated above with a grain of salt till someone else chimes in this is all i remember from reading about it like 7 months ago)

down rpping vanderbilt. 30 miles from victoria. i own the 3rd loudest setup here out of 3. but i did put together all 3 setups

i dunno if its 50% but i know underhung is the coil is in the gap 90-100%

and i take that back about better low end frequency response

i think the benefit was more sensitive less xmax more power/coil in the gap to control the cone

i also read the cost is higher to produce them over traditional overhung subs

im gonna stop guessing lol
