Oh, one question on got on FB...."did you calibrate the digital meters before hand". The answer is NO. I hooked them up JUST THE WAY THEY CAME. Yes, there is a lot of "stinger" style vm's in the bunch, some re-branded, and they have an adjustment pot on the front. But if you ask me, that is the BIGGEST problem. Look at all these people's volt meters and where they "think" their shit was calibrated. I left them just they way i got them to prove a point.

if you bought a DMM at the store and it had an adjustment knob on the back, would you trust it? i wouldn't. Your voltage is your voltage, not what you tell it it is, after turning a screw. That being said, all of them did NOT have a screw, some of them were set from the factory, and they also varied.

you will notice our VM's move back and forth 2 times before the digital even decides to show you the drop.....and by the time the digital one reads out your voltage, it has alreay happened LOL - way slow. For a static reading, that does not change much, digital is ok. For music, our's is where it is at. Just sayin'! :D

YESSS!

Mine was somewhat calibrated, kind of surprised it was still that accurate since the truck sat for almost 2 years that i pulled it from.

But as always I used a reliable multimeter to set it.

it was the one under the silver meter, and to the right of the indaglo.

the stinger logo didnt work, and the middle digit was messed up
