meridianofinsanity
Thank I will look into those sundown E's what amps do you think would be a good pair for two of them?
ncochran
It appears as if you are not a hardcore competitor, so while I really like the sundown, and crescendo amplifiers, I think there are some better bargains out there that provide very comparable power at a much cheaper price. Q1-2200D from aq/sq runs about $430 new BRZ-2100 from Hifonics runs about $250 shipped While those 2 (especially the Hifonics) may or may not not hold up to some of the more expensive options, both are known to put out rated power at rated voltage. My Hifonics came with bass remote, the ability to run slave/master, lowpass and subsonic filters, and everything else you would expect from any of the other 2kw amps. If you are running 2 subs rated at 300rms each, any of the options mentioned will be more than adequate. However, if you know in advance that you plan on upgrading and getting more/higher wattage subs, I would highly recommend either the saz-3500 or the bc3500d. Either of those will run most anything you can fit in a trunk lol. Just make sure your electrical system is good to go. 2006 Scion xB 2 Sundown SA12D2 Ported at 32hz 147 on non termlab (140-142 on TL) Currently in a walled 4th @ 50hz (not metered yet) Hifonics brz2100 Alpine Type-S Components Kicker 300.2 Big 3 / Skyhigh 1/0 cca Optima Blue Top 3 e8s ported at 32hz 135.1 sealed on dash @ 56hz 135.0 outlaw (I must have chosen song poorly lol) Build log 'Brandon15zzz', on 09 May 2012 - 3:13 PM, said: May have been clipping but none fucks were givin.
