Joe X
Here is a suggestion, check the notes below the pic, now you will probably need to wire to 2.6 ohm so you won't be getting near the power these subs can take: Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 34 HzVb = 6 ft^3External Height = 20 inExternal Width = 43.25 inExternal Depth = 19 inPort Width = 20 inPort Height = 3 3/4 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 43 1/4 x 19Left & Right Sides = 17 1/2 x 17 3/4Front & Back = 43 1/4 x 17 3/4L Port Internal Assembly Parts:Front to Back = 13 3/4 x 21 1/2Extension = 1 1/8 x 21 1/2Port Left Side Assembly:13 3/4 x 3 3/45 5/8 x 3 3/4Port Right Side Assembly:13 3/4 x 3 3/45 5/8 x 3 3/4 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes:- All boxes built outside the vehicle need to fit in their way in not just have the right dimensions.- The port needs 3 3/4" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested. Humphrey MTX
I was actually planning on wiring it down to .66 (don't know why i put .75 at first) ohms because my amp is stable to .5 ohms I have a 160 amp alt and group 94 batt up front and a group 34 agm batt in the rear. Would this box still work for if the power is increase to the subs. By the way thank for the detailed reply I plan on starting on the box tomorrow.
