I feel more comfortable with driving in PA .. but it's still BAD if we compare it to driving in Europe.. The main reason for that is that its too easy to get a driver licence in USA.. For example in Poland and many other European countries you are obliged to take 30 hours of theory classes and 30 hours of practice with professional instructor and they teach you very well how to behave on the road.
