I was in a dry county in Texas and got served at a bar the loophole was you had to be a member of the bar, lifetime membership cost $1. It was the only one in the city I was in though so cops sat outside waiting for drunk drivers even heard the bar would turn you in good thing we had a dd. Lynchburg, TN is in a dry county (Moore County). You can buy it at the gift shop they have but nowhere else in the county.
