I got some spy pics of what irragi uses to build a hairpin alt.

I actually laughed extremely hard at this.

Who's interested?
Prototype 300 amps AT IDLE Iraggi Alternator. $1199.00 retail, depending on actual tooling cost.
This isnt some fake "200 amps at idle" CLAIM that really does 140 amps at 2500 rotor rpm (approximately 700 engine rpm) This a REAL 300 amps at idle (2500 rotor rpm) unit that can be out fitted with any style regulator for any vehicle.
Some cars will be more, some will be less. Example: Tahoe- 7.875 diameter crank pully, 2.000" alternator pulley = 3.93:1 ratio. Truck idles at 600 rpm so thats 2362 rpm at the alternator. So on a Tahoe this alt will product 300 amps at idle. You can do the math on your own particular car.
Before you ask what the max is Im not telling you. Its Irrelevant. Idle output is whats important and whats ALWAYS been important.
Im considering producing around 1000 of these units if there is interest at this price, If not, Ill just scrap the project until a later date.

$1199 retail? Is that a joke? That's like OEM Volvo level.

even if that alt was producing 300 amps at idle that bolt is not needed. maybe a 3/8 or 1/2 the most and should be copper.. the funny thing is people fall for bs like that. he has many nutthuggers.. im not going to bash on his alt since i havent tried it but what he says is enough to know he is not right.. if you look at my post when i tried to get one alt. he says he dont build chevy alts in hairpins because of the output curve.. yet this same unit he says he can build a monster 300a at idle.. so which is it

also look at that stator.. shit looks looks it will do 180a maybe 200a max
