I used my collapseable table saw. Then used a jigsaw to cut the inner hole out (roughing) and then sanded everything flush/flat.

 

Yeah you wanna have a table saw that's sturdy. Having one that's wiggly and moves while cutting is just asking for an accident to happen. You want that sucker solid as a rock.

12:00 is my buddy Matt Christian's ride, green crew cab Colorado with an LSA'd LQ9. He won Top Truck Challenge a few years back. He just cruised up it at a slower speed in practice, no issues. He ended up popping 3 of the 54's and snapping the output shaft on the front of the transfer case :(
