I knew you would remember him. I read every article, and watched him like a hawk when i was a young buck.  I still have a few auto sound and security zines in my safe. They all, feature him.  I couldnt get enough of reading about, and watching the yellow blazer change/evolve through out the time. Loved it. .....

I remember going to the grocery store with my mom just so I could buy car audio magazines. Eventually when I was old enough to work and make some money I subscribed to a couple. That yellow Blazer is still the reason to this day that I dream of doing an S-10 or a Blazer build. One day...One day.

Same bud.. I mowed lawns all summer to keep my zine scripts. Mini trunking, car stereo review,  auto sound and securtiy. Many MANY a night,  layin in bed as a kid, reading and re-reading those over and over. Wish they still put them out. I'd sub in a second.

Haha yep.

I was not aware that Blazer went through all those iterations.

And the innovations......Whoa.

He was livin' 2018 back in 1994.....

I know hes still in the Biz, but the mainstream audio scene really needs him back.

There needs to be a lot more respected audio mentors around cleaning up all the social media bullshit and hate.  Although that's probly impossible.

Agree. And mad respect to the man. He (and others of course) did lay some massive tracks for us all.

It says he still owns the rig, and it would be beyond epic, if he rebuilt (just cleaned it up) and returned it to glory. I'd pay to see that.

I got my 1st CA&E mag back in 10th grade my electronics teacher gave it to me and from there on I was hooked, had almost every CA&E & AS&S mag from there on, now all I have is a few copies and almost all the price guides.
