MrSkippyJ Posted February 14, 2015 Report Share Posted February 14, 2015 lol 53% went into taxes after i got done spending it Cali took 10% from it then took another 9.75% as i spent it.. this was an old bonus. getting another in April and hoping they dont tax me much the 2 deductions i hate are social security and medicare.. there are talks about taking it away in the future so why do they take it? if you have 401K youre not entitled to social security till you deplete your 401K so thn again why am im paying for social security? medicare is another. with obamacare forcing people to have health insurance why should i pay for medicare im not going to use since im forced to pay for health insurance the rest of my life? those 2 taxes are the ones we shouldnt be paying for Whoever told you you can't claim social security until your 401k is exhausted misinformed you. never heard that before either. my stepdad received both 401k and SS until he passed.
