LOL Was more referencing the wire size difference. My suspicion is Corsair flew a little too close to the sun when trying to design flexible cables at an appropriate cost point. Fine for gaming, less so 24/7 full load as I found out. The EVGA cables are a good bit thicker. Been feeling them up during use and they're staying nice and cool. More appropriate for a workhorse type application. Might be a pain in the ass to route since they got some stiffness to 'em but it's all per application.
