It would charge about a volt or 2 then the charger would shut off. We kept doing that till they got up to 12.8 then put them in my truck. A teammate of mine has a DC power 300 with 12 banks of caps on his sd16k and has .1 voltage drop beating on it. He's still waiting on his other 16k to get through customs. I've had my caps since this time last year just never took the time to charge them and use them.
