YouTube won't play videos but will play ads?

Recommended Posts

So first off I'm running Chrome, however I have tried on IE and the same issue came up. I open up YouTube go to any video and any resolution and it will play the ad beforehand, but only the audio of the actual video will play. Just a black screen.

Happens to me sometimes as well as videos switching to lowest res as I'm watching (REALLY pisses me off) I say it's the site. Too busy collecting millions in profit to damn fix anything,

Java is up to date already :/

Hmmm..... Have you tried clearing your browser history? I have never had this happen to me so I'm just guessing here.

If that don't work then reinstall chrome and see if that does the trick.

Update Flash plugins. Chrome uses it's own built-in plugin but IE uses Adobe's plugin that can be downloaded here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

wtf is lolcats?

I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers.

I was hoping for 150 :(.

I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt

I shut off the flash plugin for google and use just adobe's flash plugin. The one google uses is a pain in the ass as its not current and the damn thing would make my videos play but without any sound and I always had to keep refreshing the page like 5 times to get the damn sound to play. ..!.. lol. Go to "chrome://plugins/" in chrome and uncheck flash. Then try to install flash through IE and see if flash sites work in chrome. I just checked my plugins and I have Adobe Flash Player - Version: 11.7.700.225 enabled. I used to have 2 of the flash plugins, one that was version 10 iirc and the ver 11 which is what I installed from IE. They would constantly conflict so I shut off the old version and enabled just the new 11.7v.
