You might want to add a 2nd layer of mdf to the baffle because that'll be pretty strenuous having that 18 on just a single layer

Is this going in the can or bed? I know most trucks beds are to shallow for a 18 to be done for blowthru. Box will be higher than the top of the bed . Unless you got a camper or something along that line

An if your doing this in a excab lol get ready for serious rattling from the roof. I like to sound deadin the roof then use expanding foam betwin the head liner an roof . In my trucks this works perfect. Only bad thing is the head liner is trashed if you have to pull it back down again. And also go slow or it will bulged out . Use the medium expanding foam for windows and doors an it will help on swelling out

It's going in the back of the truck in the cab, it's a extended cab so all the seats and what not are stripped out.

looks good, I would move the port to the othersside of the box tho, so its behind the driver seat. I own a ranger and have done a set up just like this a few years ago. single DC LVL5 18 and a team cactus sounds 5k.

You could so with a bit more port, but you deff need to move the sub from the middle, it's too close to the port

Moving it closer to side will also help with flex in the box,

But you really need to double that box up,

If you don't have the space for another 3/4" use 1/2" anything is better the nothing,
