And normally, as stated above, battery's will make a rotten egg smell if overcharged. Do your battery's have an issue holding a charge at all? Not that I have noticed. Stay around 12.9ish each. I have a SLOW drain from some flashing LEDs when the truck is off. But they seem good. Zero voltage drop. Not really "chirping" not like a whistle. Hard to explain.
