I would stop resetting it. it should figure out that the battery is fully charged pretty quickly and go into float charge but you're basically just over charging the batteries every time you do that.

If your charger is in green, then it should be in maintenance mode. If you have a bank or there is a small draw, then when you turn it off and back on it may go amber for a second or two and then go back to green.

Best is to just put a clamp on the charger positive cord when it is in green and see what it is doings. Should be low 13v range and around 1-3amps depending on where it is in the cycle.

For what it's worth: I spoke with Kyle.

I don't think his charger is working properly, It will charge at ~13.5, then drop into float mode at some voltage below the battery resting votlage

The charger will kick off and stay ornage if you have a batt issue too. I know it would do that before I took out the bad abtt. Its in the manual
