bass blockers or no bass blockers?

i have 4 8 inch pwx crescendos in my car wired to a zx 550.2 i had the hz up to about as high as it goes. it goes from 20 hz to 200 i believe. im just a little lower then 200hz. i mounted my speakers in my doors and there is a noise that comes from my door panel that i cant seem to get rid of. i put sound deadener on my door and even on some parts of the plastic on the door panel cause i didnt know what else to do but still does it only on certain songs with more mid bass. its only on my right door. i have no deaden on my left door cause im still saving to get some but the right door just goes crazy sometimes and it makes me not want to listen to certain songs. so should i get bass blockers? would this make it were there is nothing vibrating my door or should i just deaden the shit out of it? which im still doing no matter what. any certain kinds of bass blockers would be nice cause i wouldn't know what kind to get so thanks in advance for the help.
