Leo1103
All depends what wire you buy. Some brands claim their wire is bigger than it really is. The wire I am using for this test is over sized 1/0.sorry to beat a dead horse and all that but you think you could measure the strand to jacket thickness on both those? (just a curiosity on how close they are compared the the drops from the same company)great videos tony had to take electrical when i was in the auto program at uafs back when i was 16 was reading an old electrical book at the time back then it all made sense easily now days not so much lol but thank you for the refresher coarse and the new info on ac keep it up dude  for those that dont know uafs is the university of arkansas fort smith and back when i was in high school they had watc (half a day at high school half a day at college) dont know if they still have it or not probably do considering how popular and how much of a benifit/jumpstart it was If he's using sky high 1/0 which I'm pretty sure he is The jacket is 16mm and the wire is 13.5mm Quote 2002 Honda CR-VAlpine 9887My BuildRebuilding... neuspeedescort
so what if you have processor able to put out more voltage then your amp can handle in? some manufactures list their amps and only being about to handle 6v in. stupid i know. but this is where a DMM would come into play correct? ParDeus
Sorry to bump an older thread, but I need to straighten something out with all these engine analogies... A 400hp engine can be faster then a 500hp engine. Not always, but can be. It's whatever accelerates the vehicle fastet from point a/b. I've had a Pro Stock engine make 66hp LESS yet be faster in the car. (yes gear ratios were taken into consideration) Think of it like this... Say your 500hp engine made it's power at 20rpm, and the 400hp engine made it at 8000rpm... Also, everyone talking about forged this and that... That shit doesn't make power, it SUPPORTS power. Just like OFC supports more power per linear foot.
