when you stated that you have 1/0 does this mean you did the big 3? deff need that to make sure the wire will allow the alternator to charge your system with max potential if anything the most you would need is another smaller battery in the trunk maybe an xs xp 950>?

Your 2500W of output would require roughly 3500W of power supply from the batts. Batteries of the 65 amp hour rating or higher can usually accomplish this.

Check the rating of your current batt and upgrade from there.

If your current batt is a wet cell, be careful when adding a 2nd batt to it as different chemistry batts reduce life when mixed together.

Swapping your current batt for a larger batt that can supply over 3500W may be the best option.

With your sized alt, Id say that you can go up to about 240 amp hours worth of batteries.

So thats your range, 65-240 aH.

See how your voltage holds now, if anything add a group 3400 size or larger in rear. Also be carful mixing bat types. if its a daily driver you should be fine. but it will reduce life of your AGM batteries if mixed with a wet cell and left sitting for extended periods of time. the newer AGMs will see the other wet cell batteries as a constant load since they rest at lower voltages than AGMs.
