Jessica
I really wish I had someone close to me that knows how to adjust this for me. No stereo shop here knows proper adjusting. They don't believe in a dd-1. They don't even know what its for. We can help you, but you have to do like we say. I own a dd-1 as do many users here. We just need to go step by step. Do we need to start over and check wiring? I have seen a lot of guys just mess up including myself and wire one sub out of phase and output drops off drastically. Soccerballzs
Every tweeter in my system has a 1.5 fuse to protect from blowing. Cheaper to replace a 1.5 amp fuse then to replace tweeters all the time. Install on the positive side of speaker wire, before your crossover. christamez80
Put eq back to flat. Subs are wired correct. Psi helped me out to wire them. They verified it was correct. They asked for my whole setup and said everything I had was more than enough for the subs.

christamez80
Sublevel is all the way up. No bass boost on amp or deck. Source level normal and eq flat. Just double checked subs and they are fine. Checked ohm load and it reads 1.8 to 2.2 ohms on dmm for all 4 hooked up.
CstrokerV
no you have to physically look at how they are wired to make sure one or more isn't out of phase Edited October 1, 2013 by CstrokerV Quote my build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/142505-small-build-log-4-dc-lvl3-10s-tl-update-link-to-rebuild/ http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/154258-rebuild-6-lvl3-12s-update-small-video-nothing-spectacular/ new build http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/188181-03-trailblazer-slow-build-8-dc-lvl3-12-m1-motor-m2-parts/
christamez80
I pulled the subs out and double checked. They are wired right. Let draw a pic to show how there are hooked up. they are wire parallel then wired in a series.
