Cool Project! Can't believe I just now seen it.

Those are beautiful subs! They remind me of my Solo X 15 for some reason ;) At least the top of them.

This should be cool for sure! I'm tuned in!

I know it's a dgaf car, but I still wonder why you didn't use your jasper for that beauty "flush" baffle considering it's probably easier than a jig saw anyway

because it was an after thought and too late. To make the holes EXACTLY in the same spot as all the others, they pilot hole has to be done at the same exact time (drill through all layers) so it is fool proof. Honestly though bro, what does it really matter? I got it done. :)

where i work we sell these

http://www.porteousfastener.com/PFCOnline/pdf/PhillipsHandout.pdf

we dont sell to the public but i can tell you who buys it from us. Ganahl lumber is on of our customers here in Cali .. another one is Macmaster carr. also Fastenal Company.. check in with them.. most things you see in home depot has gone up through 4 vendors before it gets to them so what you pay is 5x what we sell for.. if you want anything i can hook you up with my customer on any bolt or screws you need and half what you can get from home depot and lowes..

What took you so long to tell us this? Ugh, so much spent on screws alone in the last 4 years.

my company I work buys from porteous fastener.

I just didn't know if there was a reason

After I got my circle jig, I've never wanted to cut a circle with a jig saw again haha

Yes I have a lot of stereo weight. I build for Smiles Per Gallon not Miles Per Gallon LOLZ

Man I can't wait to see what its gonna do with all 4 on the DC 9k's :o Nice work Steve!

me either!

but i gotta wait 30 days before DC gets them and even then i don't know what my cost will be. I am 90% sure i am using DC amps. My pocket book will determine what i ACTUALLY run. People think i gotta free ride and ummm that is just NOT true. I should by now (by some company) but it still has not happened. I get discounts and a few freebies here and there but definitely no free rides.

Hell you've sold more RF then any ad they've paid for. I bet when you rebuilt the hoe their sales saw a peak.
