I'm glad space allowed for 1.5" on ALL sides and 2.25" on the baffle. I am going to see if any local lumber yards have any nice lumber that is an alternative to MDF. It will likely be too expensive but I want to check before heading to the Depot Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
