What I find could be BS is my understanding is that the state attorney doesn't judge guilt or innoscence but only if there is the ability to charge the accused. So even though it has now become a "he-said-she-said" situation he could still be charged amd let them fight it out in court. Hopefully not the case if everything seems to be pointing towards the accuser trying to set up a civil suit. Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! There is a LOT of interesting side stories in this case though. From the history of the State's attorney prosecuting a former FSU defensive player in almost the exact same situation, a lot of FU boosters in the victims camp, and TPD has some serious issues to look at. Now it's time to continue the march for the National Championship!!!! Go Noles! Side note.....I can't wait to read the state's findings of all their investigation because the states attoney was very polically correct during his press conference, and not very forth coming about details. I know her name has been leaked, and I know he is a "big time" athlete so their is a double standard there, but seems like BS his name will always have this black mark by it for this situation, but she gets a slap on the wrist.
