Pitbullx Posted March 6, 2008 Report Share Posted March 6, 2008 well i heard and send they do push alot more then you thinkeveryone puts them down b/c it is not one of the big names like kicker rockford fosgate or something like that but they are damnnnnnnnnn good amps but my buddy sells them at the shop all day long and we have yet to have someone come back and diss them and i truely belive the 2600 hifonics will out do the zx2500.1 and will also pull alottttttt less amps then the kicker zx2500.1 to run them you have no clue white.... Hifonics WAS a big name in car audio(just like rf, kicker, and the other brands you love to bring up and bitch about not being able to afford in your own words) then they fell the fuck off... their XXV series are monsters and do their rated power... the Brutus series is very overrated powerwise and isnt reliable. Like you have been told OVER AND OVER again that series amp is shit and it would get its ass handed to it by that 2500.1. The reason why the Brutus is easier on the electrical system is because IT DOESNT MAKE AS MUCH POWER. It takes power to make power, simple physics but obviously you cant grasp that concept. Go ahead and sell the kicker to pick up that hifonics amp, Ill be waiting for the 4th thread about why your system sucks and you arent happy with the results. But just like the first 3 times Ive warned you in advance and so have other people that have hands on experience with the equipment in question.
