oldsoundguy
Well spent the day today installing the amp rack and running ALL new wires to the new location. Only pic I didnt take was the before just because I was too embarrased on how I had it under the pass seat. Anyway its all in and playing. I will install the seats as soon as I install the new seat covers I bought for them. 80prs Arc Audio Xdi 1200.6 (using active crossovers) Freaking awesome amplifier Incriminator IA 10.1 Focal PS 130v 5.25 (doors) 4" Faital pro Neo (kick panels) 3" Faital pro Neo and focal tweets( dash) DC Audio level 3 12" custom box designed by joex built by me AGM front, XS 750SE batteries rear DC 180 alt 99 Toyota Tacoma extra cab http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/179476-my-small-build-turned-into-the-ongoing-build/
oldsoundguy
Next project will be redoing the doors so I can have the RE audio xxx in the front pod sealed off from the door and the soundqubed coax speaker in the other. I just need to think about how to go about it and then I can get started. 80prs Arc Audio Xdi 1200.6 (using active crossovers) Freaking awesome amplifier Incriminator IA 10.1 Focal PS 130v 5.25 (doors) 4" Faital pro Neo (kick panels) 3" Faital pro Neo and focal tweets( dash) DC Audio level 3 12" custom box designed by joex built by me AGM front, XS 750SE batteries rear DC 180 alt 99 Toyota Tacoma extra cab http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/179476-my-small-build-turned-into-the-ongoing-build/
oldsoundguy
Can I get some advice on how to finish the box and amp rack please?? I am not sure If I want to carpet it black or beige. Or paint it black bed liner or the same texture I had on the dual 12 box. Or just leave it like it is raw birch. Or I can put some stain on it to darken it up a bit. Crap I just don't know. A friend said it should be black just so you cant look in the window and see it. He had a system stolen in the past like I did. Anyway let me know what you think. 80prs Arc Audio Xdi 1200.6 (using active crossovers) Freaking awesome amplifier Incriminator IA 10.1 Focal PS 130v 5.25 (doors) 4" Faital pro Neo (kick panels) 3" Faital pro Neo and focal tweets( dash) DC Audio level 3 12" custom box designed by joex built by me AGM front, XS 750SE batteries rear DC 180 alt 99 Toyota Tacoma extra cab http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/179476-my-small-build-turned-into-the-ongoing-build/

bsneon98
Looking good man! Some Tan carpet or vinyl would complement the interior very well Build Log: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/152954-1998-plymouth-neon-updates/
oldsoundguy
Got my seat covers install and all the interior back in the truck. Took some pics of the amp and box to show how much room I have. I think the amp will be able to breath much better here than under the pass seat. 80prs Arc Audio Xdi 1200.6 (using active crossovers) Freaking awesome amplifier Incriminator IA 10.1 Focal PS 130v 5.25 (doors) 4" Faital pro Neo (kick panels) 3" Faital pro Neo and focal tweets( dash) DC Audio level 3 12" custom box designed by joex built by me AGM front, XS 750SE batteries rear DC 180 alt 99 Toyota Tacoma extra cab http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/179476-my-small-build-turned-into-the-ongoing-build/
