Also, Vapor-Mania on here is now our certified Junk Drawer supporter so you can talk to him as well. I would say at roughly half a pack a day to start off around the 6-12mg range. My suggestion is get little bottles at first so you don't blow a bunch of money on bigger bottles when you find out you don't like that flavor.
