I have a 1993 Chevrolet Camaro that a customer wanted to put a little bump in...

Well it looks to me that the false floor is sealed around that sub. That would be the same as it performing like a bandpass. The front wave has nowhere to go except into that chamber. Maybe I'm seeing it wrong, but I SEE a square chamber with walls and a plexi cover that the sub is firing into.

You might want to reconsider that design, the front wave is firing into that sealed plexiglass chamber

Its not sealed around it. It sits a few inches above it. The floor isn't air tight. Air flows around the edges. Thats how the customer wanted it. To use the least amount of trunk, sound good and still have space to haul groceries or what not. It probably will sound better without the floor. But it does sound good the way it is...
