Bought a rolling frame for $750 back in ‘95 and spent every dollar i made in high school on rebuilding it to the state you see in the pics (about $7500 put in by 2001). Never bought the trim to separate the 2 tone bc i had to sell it to go to college. Omaha Orange was a standard color for 1971 so it was era-correct to an extent. Chevy SB350 bore 0.020”-over running an RV cam and Carter AFB shifted by a TH350 automatic (pretty standard setup). Blownout ‘glass packs for exhaust lol. I miss the torque. This truck stoked the passion in mechanics for me to become an engineer, and why i love cars so much.
