HatersGonnaHate
Ohio generator might be in the more affordable range for the time being. That's where I got mine from for my 02 civic., but it won't hurt to ask for prices from dc power, singer, or excessive amperage. Katt
I think excessive told me you can buy a gm alt, make a bracket adapter to extend the stock upper bracket to hold it and it should work. I never got that far with mine. So cant for sure answer. *06 330i - Sundern x12 - saz-3500* *91 Foxbody V1 S-Trim Notch*
HatersGonnaHate
That's honestly what I'd recommend. Ditch your ac or power steering, and get another alt to bolt in. If my engine wasn't such bullshit, I would have done that long ago lol. If my engine wasn't such bullshit, I would have done that long ago lol. I refuse to ditch A/C Again for an alternator, my big ass need's A/C. And no power steering sucked with a wall lol. But make sure when you build a bracket if you choose to use it in the a/c spot, that you build it strong, and use heavy duty bolts. I found out plenty of times they snap easy from the heat, cold, heat cold, and so on.. Being directly under the header too does not help the situation at all! And make sure your bracket is strong, Mine broke, a perfectly good large case ford alt fell off, dented the whole case in, dragged under the car by the power wire, and snapped my shifter linkage cable. Rest in pieces poor alt. *06 330i - Sundern x12 - saz-3500* *91 Foxbody V1 S-Trim Notch*
