DedicatedEnthusiast
Wondering which sort of sub-stage would offer me the best output in the 27-34 Hz range. I like low end bass that is "thick" and "deep" in quality. The sort of bass that warps windshields with ease, moves a lot of air, flexes everything and sounds like pure overwhelming sound pressure. I want a ground pounder that shakes your internal organs down to your bones blurs your vision and makes it hard to breathe lol that's what I like and that's what i'm aiming for. If a different sub besides the Bl or Q would accomplish this similarly please feel free to share suggestions with me but I would have to stick with dual twelve's in order to maximize cone area in my Honda Civic. Pro7
How much power are you going to run and how much room (ft^3) do you have? DedicatedEnthusiast
Xcon I could look into icon or AA Havoc's I fear would be pressed hard off of 1800-1900 watts RMS daily and sundown I hear is best when run safely at nearly twice their RMS power (or at least having it on tap), I would need more than a single BC3500D to push those (the X's) to near their limits. OrionStang
At that power, you're getting out of the range of the subs that can play so low and still sound good. A pair of Havoc's in 4 cubes on 2500rms would be tits. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
DedicatedEnthusiast
So I'm guessing the Fi Q wont accomplish this sort of goal for me?? I like songs that dig DEEP and LOW such as walk with a waddle, thuggin, swing my door, dey itchin, soul survivor, I cook etc.

DedicatedEnthusiast
Whoops, sorry for the double post. So OrionStang you think that a pair of AA Havocs off 2500 watts would sound deeper/louder/lower than a pair of the new Fi Q's off 3500 watts?
