To prove my point, here is a picture of MY AMP that was sent. Notice the oxidation of the panel.

and here is the "Broken Amp", he is claiming is mine.

Well use these pictures in your dispute. It should be obvious to any one, they are not the same amp. The photo he sent you shows missing paint and chips on the fins/heatsink. Also his gain, freq and bass boost controls are centered and pushed in. While your controls appear to be level but up and to the right. Hope you get their asses man. Just use their own photo's against them. Edit to add both pics

How dose a rca get pushed in when its a screw on style if got pushed in that whole side would be smashed in ..no way possible it unscrewed it self and if that kind of damage happened it would have shown on box and pic of box should been taken.

no DD amp would arrive completely damged wih RCA sticking out with the way they package it....so stupid. and if its an M3b you can look at the board and see its completely different....these guys are a complete joke IMO.
