bbeljefe
This guy has a single cab F150 and he was pissed that the two Atomic Apocalypse 12s he had wouldn't hit a low note for shit, all the while taking up ALL of his behind the seat storage space. So... I did a bed cut and built a ginormous box tuned to 30Hz. Suffice it to say, it's pretty loud even with all the air space and it digs way deep. Especially on the Crossfire BMF-1700 he had. This guy is a high school student so he doesn't have a lot of money to throw at a system but, he slowly gathered up the equipment for the system and as time goes by, I'm gonna upgrade his front stage and... probably the subs too, along with completing the cosmetic aspects of the job. Here are a ton of pics and one short teaser video... like I said, he's a high schooler and we finished this thing late so I had no time to do proper vids. But they will come soon. Thanks for looking! continued... Facebook: facebook.com/audioanarchyllc Instagram: audioanarchyllc Youtube: youtube.com/bbeljefe

CleanSierra
Love the kerfing, and I believe I saw kitty hair. Looks great and I'll bet that beast jams now. I also really like the trim/beauty panel in front of the cutout. I had plans of a similar idea with my blowthrough and using a nice vinyl to make the panel flow into the truck seamlessly. Great work, I'm digging it man Good to see a build from you. Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.
Miguels
looks clean.. now im thinking if i should go with 12 inch subs.. box wont be as big and gives me room to notch frame and bed for air bags my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
Krakin
Your work is awesome on this truck man. When I finally get the balls to do a blow through on my truck, I'll be sending it your way! bbeljefe
Thanks guys. The plan with this one is to cut a panel for the bed side of the hole that's similar to the interior panel and then stretch the vinyl across the gasket so that it's hidden and the vinyl meets with the box cleanly. Miguels... if that box isn't too large for your suspension gear, you're fine. That fucker is 8 cubes net so, we could cut it out and shove some 15s in there. I was actually worried that the Atomics might unload in it but they're actually pretty stout little monsters and they sounded fine for the little amount of time I had to play with them. And if they have a problem, I can tame it with the infrasonic filter. Krakin... Bring it down man. If you remember the Tundra DD build I'm doing, it's a t-line blow through and I've also got an 85 Chevy shortwide t-line blow through I've started on. Plus, I have another guy with a similar F150 who is saving for a blow through. Honestly, I haven't done a blow through since 1990 and now I have them all around me, lol. WTF? Are the late 80s coming back into fashion? Facebook: facebook.com/audioanarchyllc Instagram: audioanarchyllc Youtube: youtube.com/bbeljefe
Krakin
However, knowing how I have been on the last couple designs I have done for people, I can't imagine how long I would spend figuring every single variable for my own truck lol. I tend to over think things for myself. Miguels
newer trucks have deeper beds and taller back panel.. mine is a 1994 chevy and most i can cut is 12' in height.. maybe a bit more but will be making the panel weak since i wont have much metal and my back window flex like crazy as it is my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
