Bottom line is that with the proper tools you can measure accurately BUT you have to invest in those tools. There should be minimal post dumping here but there will be those who will still try to debate and justify their incorrect methods for whatever reason. nice vid. shows the convenience and awesomeness of AMM-1. meter read what they read.
