thegr8cody Posted February 10, 2014 Report Share Posted February 10, 2014 ive had the ctx65cs and was more than impressed. but i dont want to cut a hole in my new door panels and to make things just easier i was kind of thinking of thinking of trying out the ctx65. has anyone had experience with them good or bad? what amp were you running them off of? my plan is to run these in the door then a set of tweets at the bottom of the a pillar 1998 gmc sierra h/u:eclipse cd3200 sub:dd9518g d1.5 amp:jl e300/4 sub amp:dd m2a front stage:id ctx65cs dc power 270 alt lots of kicker 1/0 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
775Tundra Posted February 10, 2014 Report Share Posted February 10, 2014 I had the components in the front and the coaxials in the back. All ran off of a dc 175.4. They sound amazing. If I remember correctly they are the same size as the cs. They are beefy speakers for sure 2003 Tahoe dc 7.5k dc level 5 15's (3) MMats 341's xs power batts lots of sky high cable dual alts(came off the sky-high gmc and don't know who made them) ipad in center console vu-din in center console all being ripped out and being sold Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
