BeAlLsTaR13 Posted March 10, 2014 Author Report Posted March 10, 2014 Love the build and a awd frs would be sick, I'm not one for tuners 90% of the time cause everyone I see is running the hella flush and stretched tire and massive camber look. But I'm loved this car for sure has mods but all tasteful and not flashy or ricey. Btw love the powder coat on the rims my tires are somewhat stretched, only cause i am using factory toyo tires on a 8.75 wide wheel, but deffinatly wouldnt go anymore than that, very little stretch anyways being its a 225/45 tire, and what sucks about the tc is the rear upper control arms are NOT adjustable, so naturally when the vehicle is lowered the rear cambers out, im at a -1.8 and -1.7, i got lucky, others see numbers as high as -3 with just springs... so a small amount of camber in the rear... they make aftermarket RUCAs for the vehicle now, but no reputable company has them yet, plus it isnt quite enough camber to throw my alignment totally off, and cause a dramatic un even wear on the tire, if i were to drop on coils i would consider it however. Fuck the awd. They need to make it a factory boosted car this, both would be king though lol, 4cyl 2.5l turbo would be perfect... they have a couple kits for them now for around 5k but the stock block cant handle more than like 15psi, people usually see about 290-310whp on a good tune, and about 400hp with a fully built engine @ about 25, but thats good money right there... and not as reliable of course i have the money to boost, but IMO i'd rather have a car boosted from the factory than aftermarket anyday, reasons such as reliable and warranty reasons and such mmm that sub! yup, a lot bigger than i thought when i first got it lol Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------
BeAlLsTaR13 Posted March 19, 2014 Author Report Posted March 19, 2014 battery came in the other day, threw it in last night real quick. ordered some wire, i swapped polarity locations, 12v lead had slack on it, and the ground i moved easily since it was just a 10mm nut right on the chassis about 6" from the battery rigged it up for now to work, got more wire coming in to complete my big three, get a real ground on my battery and shorten up from batt to my fuse and what not, so not the prettiest now but it works lol Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------

the808path Posted March 21, 2014 Report Posted March 21, 2014 Nice battery bro . So i have a question for you. Did you have to cut anything for the stock positive cable for it fit on the other side ,or did it have enough slack to to just bolt on to the battery? I know the negative is fairly simple to replace being just a bolt. 2010 Pathfinder Sundown Audio - SAZ 4500- Zv.3 15"x 2 w/ Nightshade coils Sundown Audio - SAX 100.4d- Focal Utopias 165w2 (fronts), rockford t1652 (rears) DC Power Engineering - 270XP Knukonceptz and Rockford 1/0 wire through out XS Power D3100s x2 and a "god ol" Optima Yellow Top up front

BeAlLsTaR13 Posted March 24, 2014 Author Report Posted March 24, 2014 Got some nice new 1/0 for my new engine bay wire runs, made a couple grounds and a new alternator run... i also just ordered 25ft of 3/4" techflex to clean up the wiring in the engine bay.. it is currently wire loomed but i really like the techflex look on wiring in the engine bay so that should be here tomorrow/wednesday. Also, after i put my exhaust on i realized how weak the factory exhaust hangers were. exhaust would shake on startup and rattle if i hit a bump...so i ordered up some torque solution exhaust hangers(5) and got those installed really quick this weekend, made a huge difference... can barely make the exhaust move or shake by hand now, so it no longer hits the bottom of the car anymore Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------
