A nice 100,000 Subscriber "Silver Play Button" plaque (and letter) from Youtube (pics)

Recommended Posts

The UPS guy dropped off a package today...had no idea it was coming. It's been about a year and a half since i hit 100,000 subscribers (iirc) so i really wasn't expecting anything. Especially since i got a Youtube "manny pack" looking thing a few months ago LOL.

Anyway, this thing is pretty nice! It's heavy, doesn't feel cheap. I think i will hang it on my wall next to all the magazine features i am having plaqued up for the office. This thing is almost 200,000 subscribers late (about to hit 300k), but i am not complaining :D

i am sure you already know, but if for some reason you DON'T know, the channel is http://www.youtube.com/meade916

just hit 153,000,000 views yesterday as well so this isn't luck, it's consistancy. Almost anyone can get lucky break and film their cat doing something dumb and get a viral video...but ive got about 30 that have over a million views (a lot of those multi million). Ive got tons in the 900k, 800k, 700k, all the way down. That's not luck. :)

You definitely deserve that! If not more so than most 100k subscribers.

Krakin's Home Dipole Project

http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/186153-krakins-dipole-project-new-reciever-in-rockford-science/#entry2772370

Krakin, are you some sort of mad scientist?

I would have replied earlier, but I was measuring the output of my amp with a yardstick . . .

What you hear is not the air pressure variation in itself

but what has drawn your attention

in the two streams of superimposed air pressure variations at your eardrums

An acoustic event has dimensions of Time, Tone, Loudness and Space

Everyone learns to render the 3-dimensional localization of sound based on the individual shape of their ears,

thus no formula can achieve a definite effect for every listener.
