Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. I just got my 18s playing and already a voice coil is fucked and the box has major cancelation. So im rebuilding them into 2 18 in t lines. Tonight ill post up the desgin and whatnot. So who wants to see 2 18s in one regular cab blowthrough? In all honesty, it should perform well, even though the entrance to the cab is smaller than the line area, That may even be beneficial for creating port velocity. A opening this large shouldn't make a lot of noise as people think with all that talk about port noise/etc BUT.... That 10cf chamber, I would cancel that out. Or make it temporary to just try a theory. If you decide to build this with that 10cf chamber, please let us know how it works out With that chamber this ends up being a kind of ABC box I believe? I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg.
