JEFFYBOI
Added some bracing to front and rear baffle. No more flexing box. Gotta get 4 ch hooked up still and then im going to be adjusting my port some. More port area is needed I can already tell. JEFFYBOI
First video uploaded moving a little air. I just pulled the front baffle off today and am redoing the port. Pictures maybe uploaded tonight or this weekend. https://youtu.be/colH4CgC-_E "Toyota Camry rebuild page 21 (link)http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/183768-94-crossfire-camry-18s-walled-singer-alt-has-arrived-rebuild-starts-pg-10/page-21 PIONEER DEH-P8400BH 2 CROSSFIRE C5 1700D 2 CROSSFIRE C7 18 HOOD. JEFFYBOI
Opening the port area up some as you can see, also got a shot of inside the box. Not sure I uploaded any with the 45 deg corners and everything caulked and sealed up. Unfortunatly the net air space I have to work with is going to leave me tuned a little higher then I wanted but I think its really going to help let the bass unfold better playing a wider range of frequencies. We shall see I know I will be louder! Then I will be making changes I am sure. The front baffle is easily removable if changes need to be made. First wall, so im a noob but thanks for the input . Help is needed.. JEFFYBOI
Alot has changed since i have posted. Did a event a few weeks back and hit some disappointing numbers but now she is completely sealed up she is a beast and hitting hard. Singer alt came in today and will be getting it put in and gonna see 150s here in the next event for sure. graham0599
Just went through the log and this is very impressive for a first build! couple things i noticed 1. You were worried about batts being charged, now you have the singer you should be good but i was going to suggest like this, connect the rings to the batt, run the plug to the bumper or something, then just connect the plugs to keep topped off. I have the connector with rings on my car, extended the wires to my bumper, wall plug plugged in and wire just ran under the garage door and connect when i get home for the night. Probably don't need to every night but I don't think it would hurt since the charger shuts it self off http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/detail/BTD0/0220185GDLWH/N0360.oap?ck=Search_N0360_-1_-1&pt=N0360&ppt=C0371 2. You said you wouldn't be able to wire to 0.5ohm. Since your subs are dual 1ohms then you can parallel both coils on one sub to one amp, therefore 0.5ohm at the amp. You'll just have to use a multimeter to match the gains. DD1 the two amps first, get the voltage readings, the set both amps to the lower of the two ratings that way they're even and not distorted. Keep up the good work man My 350z build- http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/174424-2008-350z-build/page-2?hl=%2B350z+%2Bbuild#entry2605678

Keep up the good work man I have had no issues keeping the batteries actually fully charged. every time i put a AGM charger on the batteries it read 100% fully charged but typically before events i like to put them on the charger to be sure. Great idea btw on the plugs to easily charge them. I have been running each sub on each amp @.5 ohm load gain matched. Like you said i used DD1 and went with the lesser of the 2 voltages with DVM and matched them. Used the Crossover on the HU only thing i cant really match is the Sub sonic filter. Need a CC1. Other then that im ready to wrap the wall and start cleaning it up. Thanks for the input and comments.
