2 Door Blazer 4 15s 4th Order Wall

Recommended Posts

What's up guys, been hanging around the forum for awhile and finally decided to make a build long. Old 2 18s wall did a 53.4 (best) but wasn't what I wanted so I went ahead and tore it down to build a 4th. 1.5 sealed per after displacement. Stripper pole in the ported section and all thread in the sealed section for bracing. Port will be in the center and be removable so I can access subs incase I need to.

Equipment:
4 DB Drive K9 15s

2 DD M2As (.25 each daily)

Rockford 4x6s and Rockford Pro audio mids too come (Infinity 4x6s and Dayton 6s in the doors currently)

Rockford P400.4

4 or 3 Deka group 31s in the rear

D3400 under the hood

Tenney 270 amp alt still holding on strong until it goes poof lulz

Ipad mini going in the dash

Dash bezel, door panels, pillars, and console have all been sanded smooth and painted.

Rockford 360.3 will be added also

Enough with the info on the gear. I'll post some pics of the truck.

Old wall with two MT 18s on the M2As (12.5 cubes net, port wasn't big enough and was my first wall/150+ build)

Rear setup is the same except for the back of the wall (Rubi 2500s were on 2 Ab HDs and I had a Phoenix Gold 800.4) Don't mind the plastic piece hanging on the right it was fixed after lol

2001 Chevy Blazer. 6/7 drop (sits 6/8 due to audio in the rear). Envoy swap etc. 20" Ruff Racing 953s (sold them to buy new wheels again). Sonoma Hood. Too many details to list I'll post more pics of the interior when I find them

Wall is built besides the port and loading wall. Still needs to be sealed off from the rear but I will get to that when the rest is built. Everything is double baffled except the top, bottom, and part of the wheel well notches. 3/4" Birch ply. Angle iron was used to mount the sub baffles. Using more angle iron for bracing when the loading wall and port is built. Around a 2.2:1 ratio after port and loading wall. Kreg jig was used to build inside the truck. Wheel well notches 45ed with filler and all holes filled.

Red is duplicolor rattle can from when I did it 4 years ago when I was 16. All the black was done with a gun. Will be shooting all the red pieces when the dash bezel is done. Still need to wetsand and buff the black pieces also

Thanks Kylar. Once I added the audio the cnotch wasn't enough and the driveshaft started to rub the crossmember so that was notched also lol
